Are you taking part in Movember ?!
Movember is a campaign that runs for the whole of November to promote awareness for mens health, especially prostate cancer. On the 1st of November men who are taking part will start with a clean shaven face and then share evidence of the mo-growing efforts as the month goes by. If you don't know anyone who is doing it then you can head over the website to donate. If you do have a friend, boyfriend or husband taking part then do send in a photograph so we can share it on our blog and link our readers to their sponsor pages.
